    Maintains student records at the campus level. Processes student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals.

    • Model core organizational beliefs and values; perform duties in an effective and efficient manner for the purpose of supporting and contributing to student achievement.
    • Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
    • Greet and direct campus visitors.
    • Process new student records; request records from former schools, and set up cumulative folder.
    • Maintain physical and computerized records of student cumulative folders.
    • Process enrollment, including determination of Pre-K eligibility, withdrawals, and transfers of students records.
    • Request and receipt of records through Texas Records Exchange.
    • Maintain student demographic data on computer; input at-risk and discipline information for PIEMS.
    • Prepare master class schedule and maintain scheduling data for each school year; make changes as directed by administrators.
    • Coordinate verification and correction of grades, printing and distribution of report cards.
    • Assist campus administration with the prepartation of reports and student data information.
    • Assist with preparation of materials for mailing, including preparing labels, stuffing envelopes, etc.
    • Maintain physical and computerized records including class rosters, grade books, and attendance reports.
    • Attend and participate in faculty meetings and special events and serve on staff committees as required.
    • Utilize effective communication skills; ensure that all interactions with students, district personnel, and parents are supportive, courteous, and respectful.
    • Maintain confidentiality.
    • Comply with all policies, operating procedures, legal requirements, and verbal and written directives.
    • Participate in staff development training programs to improve job performance.
    • Comply with the Employee Standards of Conduct.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three (2) years successful clerical experience

    • Maintain emotional control under stress

    • Frequent sitting, stooping, bending, and kneeling
